Ordering and Payment
How can I place an order?
If you would like to buy one of our products just click on ‘Place in shopping cart’. To finalise order click on the shopping cart (/_mycart). You will be taken to the payment processing page where you can fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method.
Can I change my order?
Once you have placed and paid for your order its processed almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is ‘completed’ you can no longer change your order.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. Confirmation of your order will be emailed once we receive your order, if you have not received an email confirmation of your order please check your spam folder. If you have created an account your order will also be visible in your account
How can I track my order?
You can track you order by logging into your account page. Once your order has been completed and sent the status will change to ‘completed’. You will receive a shipping confirmation and satchel number. You can track your package by filling entering your code on https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, during check-out you can choose to ‘Add a new Address’ where you can enter a different address to your billing address
Can I cancel my order?
The is dependant on the shipping status. Please contact our Customer Services Department firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and have your order confirmation handy. Once your order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled.
How do I create an account?
Click on ‘My Account’ /_myacct/ . Choose ‘Create account’
I can’t log in.
If you are experiencing difficulties in trying to login to the website, please check the error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing an incorrect email address or password. You will be able to reset your password if you choose.
Can I create a new password?
Click on ‘Forgotten password?’ and enter your email address. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can create a new password.
Which payment methods are available?
You have the choice of using Mastercard, Visacard or Debitcard, unfortunately we do not accept AMEX
Will I receive an invoice of my order?
Yes, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. The invoice will be included with the items we send you.
Is there a maximum order amount?
There is a maximum amount of $1,000 per order.

How does paying with a credit card /debit card work?
You will be asked to enter your credit/debit card number, name, expiry date, CVC and possibly a 3D secured password during checkout. The amount will be debited from your credit/debit card supplier instantly. Payments to Men of Business are processed by an external certified company, guaranteeing your privacy.
Do you hold my credit/debit card details of file for future purchases?
All purchases are made through a secure connection directly submitting details to eWay for processing.
No Credit card details are stored or handled in any way on the site
Where can I change my details?
You can change your personal details in your Men of Business account, after login go to ‘My Account’ to change your personal information.
